Te Maneaba-Ni-Maungatabu
Te Maneaba-Ni-Maungatabu (House of Parliament).
The first postcard received from Republic of Kiribati. Sent by Taam who lives in Betio, an island at the extreme southwest of South Tarawa in Republic of Kiribati.
