This one sent by Zane, an American who is living and working in Japan, shows the "Cherry Blossom Gate" to Daizaifu Temple in Fukuoka.
Zane wrote : "... many students go here every year to pray for good grades on their exam."
This is from Wikipedia : Dazaifu Tenman-gū (太宰府天満宮?) is a Shinto shrine located in Dazaifu, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. It is built over the grave of Sugawara no Michizane and is one of the main shrines dedicated to Tenjin, the deified form of Michizane.
