Finland published five or six stamps about popular Finnish rockbands or singers in January 2010.This stamp is about "Maarit Hurmerinta",a very famous Finnish female singer with unique sound. In the postcard there´s a little girl dressed as a traditional Saame costume.Saame people live in northern Finland i.e. Lapland,also in Sweden and Norway.Those costumes are very beautiful and colourful.You can perhaps google more about it.
